Elsie de Wolfe, Lady Mendl (née Ella Anderson de Wolfe; 20 Desember, c. 1859 – 12 Juli, 1950^[1]) adalah seorang aktris asal Amerika yang menjadi desainer interior dan penulis terkemuka. Lahir di Kota New York, de Wolfe sangat peka terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya sejak usia dini dan menjadi salah satu dekorator interior wanita pertama yang mengganti dekorasi Victoria yang gelap dan penuh hiasan dengan gaya tata letak ruangan yang lebih terang, lebih sederhana, dan minimalis.

Pernikahannya pada tahun 1926 dengan diplomat Inggris Sir Charles Mendl dilihat sebagai sebuah pernikahan karena alasan praktis, meskipun ia bangga untuk dipanggil sebagai Lady Mendl. Sejak tahun 1892, de Wolfe telah hidup secara terbuka dalam hubungan lesbian dengan Elisabeth Marbury, yang dengannya ia tinggal di New York dan Paris. Lady Mendl adalah seorang tokoh sosial yang terkemuka, dan ia menjamu tamu di kalangan-kalangan yang paling terhormat.
