Emmer Bowen (10 Oktober 1830 – 26 Desember 1912) adalah seorang prajurit Union Army pada Perang Saudara Amerika. Ia meraih Medal of Honor atas pengabdiannya dalam Pengepungan Vicksburg pada 22 Mei 1863.
Bowen masuk 127th Illinois Infantry pada Agustus 1862, dan ditransfer ke Invalid Corps pada tahun berikutnya.[1]
