"Empat Polisi" adalah dewan pascaperang yang beranggotakan Empat Besar yang diusulkan oleh Presiden Amerika Serikat Franklin D. Roosevelt sebagai penjamin perdamaian dunia. Anggota dewan ini dikenal sebagai Empat Kekuatan selama Perang Dunia II dan terdiri dari empat Sekutu utama Perang Dunia II: Britania Raya, Uni Soviet, Amerika Serikat, dan Republik Tiongkok. Roosevelt secara berulang kali menggunakan istilah "Empat Polisi" mulai tahun 1942.[1]

Empat Polisi ini bertugas menegakkan tata tertib di dalam lingkup pengaruhnya: Britania di imperiumnya dan Eropa Barat; Uni Soviet di Eropa Timur dan daratan Eurasia tengah; Tiongkok di Asia Timur dan Pasifik Barat; dan Amerika Serikat di Belahan Barat. Untuk mencegah perang-perang baru, negara selain Empat Polisi akan dilucuti. Hanya Empat Polisi yang diizinkan memiliki senjata yang lebih kuat daripada bedil atau senapan.[2] Empat Polisi diwujudkan dalam bentuk anggota tetap Dewan Keamanan Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa, tetapi kekuasaannya dibatasi besar-besaran setelah mendapat kritik dari kaum internasionalis.[3] Prancis ditambahkan sebagai anggota kelima DK PBB atas permintaan Churchill.
