Endemol Shine Group B. V. (digayakan dalam tanpa spasi) merupakan sebuah perusahaan patungan berbasis Belanda-Inggris yang merupakan penggabungan antara Endemol dan Shine Group.
Biasanya, EndemolShineGroup memproduksi banyak acara realitas seperti Big Brother, MasterChef, Fear Factor, Deal or no Deal, dan lain - lain.
Penggabungan Endemol dan Shine Group pada tahun 2014
Pada Mei 2014, Apollo dan 21st Century Fox mengumumkan untuk menggabungkan perusahaan tersebut, yaitu Shine Group, Endemol, dan CORE Media Group.[2] Penggabungan ini berhasil pada Desember 2014. Namun, Apollo dan 21st Century Fox memiliki saham sebesar 50% dan membentuk perusahaan bernama Endemol Shine Group pada 1 Januari 2015.
