Endothelin-converting enzyme 1 (EC 3.4.24.71, endothelin-converting enzyme, ECE-1) adalah sebuah enzim.[1][2][3] Enzim ini mengkatalisis reaksi kimia berikut:
- Hidrolisis ikatan -Trp21-Val- pada big endothelin untuk membentuk endothelin 1
