Endotiapepsin (EC 3.4.23.22, Endothia aspartic proteinase, Endothia acid proteinase, Endothia parasitica acid proteinase, Endothia parasitica aspartic proteinase) adalah sebuah enzim.[1][2][3][4][5][6] Enzim ini mengkatalisis reaksi kimia berikut:

Hidrolisis protein dengan spesifisitas yang mirip dengan pepsin A; lebih menyukai residu hidrofobik pada P1 dan P1', namun tidak memutus Ala14-Leu pada rantai B insulin atau Z-Glu-Tyr. Menggumpalkan susu.

Enzim ini diisolasi dari askomiset Endothia parasitica.
