Envelysin (EC 3.4.24.12, proteinase penetasan bulu babi, enzim penetasan, korionase, proteinase pencerna korion, kimotripsin, enzim penetasan embrio bulu babi) adalah sebuah enzim.[1][2][3][4] Enzim ini mengkatalisis reaksi kimia berikut:
- Hidrolisis protein pada selubung fertilisasi dan dimetil kasein
Enzim ini merupakan glikoprotein dari berbagai anggota kelas Echinoidea.
