Eric David Hargan (lahir 3 Juni 1968)[1] adalah seorang pengacara dan pejabat pemerintahan Amerika Serikat yang menjabat sebagai Wakil Menteri Kesehatan dan Pelayanan Kemanusiaan Amerika Serikat sejak 6 Oktober 2017[2] Sebagai anggota Partai Republik, Hargan sebelumnya menjabat dalam jabatan tersebut pada 2007 di bawah pemerintahan George W. Bush.
