Es krim lembut

Es krim lembut adalah es krim yang mengandung banyak udara dan sedikit berlemak, disimpan pada suhu sekitar -4°C.[1] Es krim lembut merupakan jenis es krim yang lebih lembut ketimbang es krim reguler, sebagai hasil dari udara yang dicampurkan pada saat pembekuan. Es krim lembut telah dijual secara komersial sejak akhir 1930an.[2]
