Eshnunna (Tell Asmar modern di Kegubernuran Diyala, Irak) merupakan sebuah kota kuno Sumeria (dan kemudian kota Akkadia) dan negara kota di Mesopotamia pusat. Meskipun terletak di lembah Diyala di sebelah timur laut Sumeria, kota ini tetap aman di dalam lingkungan budaya Sumeria.
Dewa pelindung kota itu adalah Tispak (Tišpak).
