Esther Anil adalah seorang pemeran asal India yang bekerja terutama dalam film-film berbahasa Malayalam.[2][3] Ia memulai kariernya sebagai aktris cilik melalui film Nallavan pada tahun 2010.[1] Ia dikenal karena perannya sebagai Anumol George (Anu) dalam film cerita seru drama tahun 2013, Drishyam dan sekuelnya, Drishyam 2, selain itu juga sebagai Oolu dalam film fantasi tahun 2020, Oolu.[4][5][6] Esther memenangkan penghargaan Kerala Film Critics Association Awards untuk kategori Artis Cilik Terbaik pada tahun 2016.
