Etoumbi adalah sebuah kota di provinsi Cuvette-Ouest di sebelah barat laut Republik Kongo. Sehari-harinya, sebagian besar penduduknya bekerja sebagai pemburu di hutan.
Etoumbi telah empat kali menjadi lokasi merebaknya wabah virus Ebola baru-baru ini. Hal ini diyakini terjadi akibat warga setempat yang mengonsumsi daging hewan yang ditemukan mati di hutan. Pada 2003, 120 orang meninggal dalam salah satu penyebaran virus tersebut. Kejadian yang sama pada Mei 2005 menyebabkan seisi kota dikarantina.
