Eugene Chen atau Chen Youren (Hanzi: 陳友仁; Wade–Giles: Ch'en Yu-jen; 2 Juli 1878 – 20 Mei 1944)[1] yang dikenal pada masa mudanya sebagai Eugene Bernard Achan, adalah seorang pengacara Tionghoa Trinidad. Pada 1920an, ia menjadi menteri luar negeri Sun Yat-sen. Ia dikenal karena sukses dalam mempromosikan kebijakan luar negeri anti-imperialis Sun.[2]
