Mohamed Fairuz Fauzy (lahir 24 Oktober 1982) merupakan seorang pembalap mobil profesional asal Malaysia. Saat ini ia membalap di ajang Seri GP2 Asia bersama tim Super Nova Racing. Fauzy juga saat ini bergabung bersama Lotus Renault GP sebagai pembalap tes resmi.
Sampai saat ini prestasi terbaik Fauzy adalah ketika ia menjadi runner-up Formula Renault tahun 2009. Fauzy juga sempat turun di ajang A1GP di musim 2007-08 dan 2008-09.
