Falkland Barat (bahasa Spanyol: Isla Gran Malvina) adalah pulau terbesar kedua di Kepulauan Falkland di Atlantik Selatan. Pulau ini adalah pulau yang berbukit dan terpisah dari Falkland Timur oleh Selat Falkland. Luas wilayahnya adalah 4.532 kilometer persegi (1.750 mil persegi), atau sekitar 37% daratan di Kepulauan Falkland.[2] Panjang garis pantainya tercatat sebesar 12.587 kilometer (7.821 mil).[2]
Pulau ini dihuni oleh lebih sedikit dari 200 orang yang tersebar di wilayah pesisir. Permukiman terbesar di Falkland Barat adalah Port Howard yang terletak di pesisir timur. Permukiman-permukiman lain meliputi Albemarle, Chartres, Dunnose Head, Fox Bay, Fox Bay West, Hill Cove, Port Stephens, dan Roy Cove.
