Fang Fenghui (kelahiran April 1951) adalah seorang mantan jenderal papan atas dalam Tentara Pembebasan Rakyat Tiongkok. Ia menjabat sebagai Kepala Staf Bersama dan anggota Komisi Militer Pusat. Ia diselidiki karena korupsi pada 2017 dan kemudian ditahan.
