Fay Templeton (25 Desember 1865 – 3 Oktober 1939)[1] adalah seorang aktris, penyanyi, penulis lagu, dan komedian Amerika.
Orangtuanya adalah aktor atau vaudevillian dan dia mengikuti jejak mereka, membuat debutnya Broadway pada tahun 1900. Templeton unggul di panggung resmi dan vaudeville selama lebih dari setengah abad. Dia adalah headliner favorit dan pahlawan wanita teater populer, muncul sampai 1934. Untuk beberapa waktu dia berkencan dengan Sam Shubert, dari keluarga pemilik teater Shubert, sampai kematiannya dalam kecelakaan kereta api.
