Fernando Kolumbus (bahasa Spanyol: Fernando atau Hernando Colón; bahasa Portugis: Fernando Colombo; bahasa Italia: Fernando Colombo; 15 Agustus 1488 – 12 Juli 1539) adalah ahli bibliografi dan kosmografi asal Spanyol, putra kedua dari Kristofer Kolumbus. Ibunya bernama Beatriz Enriquez de Arana, perempuan yang tidak pernah dinikahi ayahnya.
