Filfel chuma, (Ibrani: פלפלצ'ומה), juga disebut pilpelshuma (artinya: "lada bawang putih") adalah sebuah saus pedas khas masakan Yahudi Libya. Saus tersebut terbuat dari paprika pedas manis dan tumbukan bawang putih. Bahan lainnya, seperti biji jintan, jintan putih, perasan lemon dan garam terkadang ditambahkan.[1]
Saus tersebut disajikan sebagai bumbu dan sebagai bahan dalam hidangan seperti salad, daging, ikan, legume dan nasi, dan hidangan-hidangan telur seperti shakshouka. Saus tersebut sangat mirip dengan harissa dari Tunisia.[1]
