Florence Barker (22 November 1891 – 15 Februari 1913) adalah seorang aktris panggung Amerika dan film bisu dari Los Angeles.
Dia mulai di teater amatir di awal masa remajanya,[1] dan debut profesionalnya datang dalam produksi The Altar of Friendship oleh Ferris Company di Los Angeles pada tahun 1907.[2] Pada usia 18, dia memainkan peran utama di Grand Theatre di Los Angeles.[1]
Pada sekitar waktu ini dia mulai berakting dalam film dan akan muncul dalam setidaknya enam puluh tiga produksi film sebelum meninggal karena pneumonia di Los Angeles pada usia dua puluh satu tahun.[3]
