Folikel antral, juga disebut sebagai folikel Graafian dan folikel tersier, adalah sebuah folikel ovarian pada tahap tertentu dari folikulogenesis.
Definisi berbeda dalam hal di mana perubahan pada folikel antral terjadi pada pentahapan folikulogenesis, dengan beberapa pihak menyatakan bahwa itu terjadi saat memasuki tahap sekunder,[1] dan pihak lain menyatakan bahwa itu terjadi saat memasuki tahap tersier.[2]
