Fong Kui Lun (Hanzi: 方贵伦) (kelahiran 28 September 1946) adalah seorang politikus Malaysia dan anggota Partai Aksi Demokratis (PAD). Ia adalah Anggota Parlemen untuk Bukit Bintang[1] dan bendahara PAD.[2]
