Fong Po Kuan (Hanzi: 冯宝君; Pinyin: Féng Bǎojūn; kelahiran 15 September 1973 di Perak) adalah seorang politikus Malaysia dari partai politik Partai Aksi Demokratis (PAD). Ia dapat berbicara dalam bahasa Mandarin, Inggris, dan Melayu.
Ia menempuh pendidikan di Universitas Islam Internasional Malaysia dari 1993 sampai 1997, dan lulus dengan gelar hukum.
