Formasi Bearpaw, juga disebut Serpih Bearpaw, adalah sebuah formasi geologi dari Periode Kapur Akhir (Campanian). Formasi tersebut berada di negara bagian Montana, Amerika Serikat, serta provinsi-provinsi Alberta dan Saskatchewan, Kanada, dan mengambil nama dari Pegunungan Bear Paw di Montana.[2]
