Forum Kaisar (bahasa Italia: Foro di Cesare) adalah sebuah forum (atau lapangan) yang dibangun oleh Yulius Kaisar di dekat Forum Romanum, Roma pada 46 SM. Tempat tersebut juga disebut sebagai Forum Iulium, Forum Julium, dan Forum Caesaris.[1]
