Fosfolamban

Fosfolamban adalah protein integral membran sepanjang 52 AA yang banyak ditemukan pada sel otot jantung dan otot lurik, hasil ekspresi berkas genetik PLN pada kromosom 6 lokasi 6q22.1,[1] yang mengendalikan transpor ion Ca2+ pada retikulum sarkoplasma melalui mekanisme Ca2+-ATPase.
