Fran P. Hosken (Wina, Austria, 1920 – 2 Februari 2006) adalah seorang perancang, penulis, feminis dan aktivis sosial asal Amerika Serikat. Ia mendirikan Women's International Network pada 1975, dan menerbitkan jurnal triwulanan tentang masalah-masalah kesehatan wanita, terutama risetnya terhadap khitan pada wanita.
