Francistown
Francistown ialah ibu kota Distrik Timur Laut, Botswana timur, dekat perbatasan dengan Zimbabwe. Pada tahun 2001 kota ini berpenduduk 113.315 jiwa sehingga menjadi kota terbesar ke-2 di Botswana setelah Gaborone.
Kota ini didirikan pada tahun 1897 dan menjadi pusat pertambangan emas di Afrika bagian Selatan. Bakalanga, suku terbesar ke-2 di Botswana secara tradisional berpusat di kota ini dan daerah sekitarnya. Francistown Teacher Training College menjadi salah satu kampus Universitas Botswana pada tahun 1973.
