Francesco 'Franco' Sensi, Cavaliere del lavoro (29 Juli 1926 – 17 Agustus 2008) adalah pengusaha minyak asal Italia. Dilahirkan di Roma, tempat dirinya menghabiskan seluruh hidupnya. Selama lima belas tahun hingga saat meninggalnya, Sensi adalah presiden klub Serie A Associazione Sportiva Roma. Dia mengambil alih klub ibukota Italia ini pada bulan Mei 1993 bersama rekan bisnisnya Pietro Mezzaroma, dan kemudian menjadi presiden klub sejak tanggal 8 November 1993.[1]
Bersama Sensi, A.S. Roma meraih gelar scudetto (2000–01), dua Supercoppa Italiana (2001 and 2007) dan dua Coppa Italia (2006–07 and 2007–08).
