Frank Richardson Armengol (lahir 21 April 1962) adalah seorang perenang asal Nikaragua. Ia berkompetisi dalam tiga lomba pada Olimpiade Musim Panas 1976. Ia adalah saudara dari Michele Richardson yang mewakili Amerika Serikat pada Olimpiade Musim Panas 1984, memenangkan sebuah medali perak dalam lomba gaya bebas 800 meter putri.[1] Ia berdarah Amerika dan Kuba.[2]
