Frans Laemlin
Frans Laemlin (1781 - Padang, Desember 1824) adalah Mayor infantri berkebangsaan Belanda, berdinas pada Orde Willems Militer.
Laemlin terlibat dalam Perang Padri, di mana pada bulan September 1824, pasukan Belanda di bawah komandonya berhasil menguasai beberapa kawasan di Luhak Agam di antaranya Koto Tuo dan Ampang Gadang. Kemudian mereka juga menduduki Biaro dan Kapau, tetapi karena luka-luka yang dideritanya di bulan Desember 1824, Laemlin meninggal dunia di Padang.
