Franz Theodor Reizenstein (7 Juni 1911 – 15 Oktober 1968) adalah seorang komponis dan pianis konser Inggris kelahiran Jerman. Ia meninggalkan Jerman dan datang ke Inggris pada tahun 1934 untuk belajar dan memulai karier sebagai komponis. Franz Reizenstein berhasil memadukan gaya bermain musik dari dua gurunya yang bernama Hindemith dan Vaughan Williams yang masing-masing memiliki perbedaan yang khas.
