Fred Rwigema
Fred Gisa Rwigema (10 April 1957—2 Oktober 1990), lahir Emmanuel Gisa adalah anggota pendiri Front Patriotik Rwanda, dan dianggap sebagai pahlawan dalam sejarah Rwanda.
Rwigema lahir di Gitarama, di Rwanda selatan. Ia dianggap sebagai etnis Tutsi. Ia dan keluarganya lari ke Uganda dan menetap di kemah pengungsi di Nshungerezi, Ankole tahun 1960 karena adanya Revolusi Hutu tahun 1959.
