Frederic Stanley "Rick" Mishkin (lahir 11 Januari 1951) adalah ekonom Amerika Serikat dan Dosen Perbankan dan Lembaga Keuangan Alfred Lerner di Graduate School of Business, Universitas Columbia. Ia menjabat sebagai anggota Dewan Gubernur Federal Reserve System sejak tahun 2006 sampai 2008.
