Fuji LM-1 Nikko

Fuji LM-1 Nikko adalah pesawat komunikasi ringan Jepang tahun 1950-an.

Fuji Heavy Industries membangun 176 pesawat pelatihan dua-kursi Beech T-34 Mentor di bawah lisensi di awal 1950-an. Fuji kemudian mendesain ulang Mentor dasar sebagai pesawat komunikasi empat-kursi bawah penunjukan LM-1. Sebuah pusat badan pesawat diperpanjang baru telah ditambahkan ke Mentor sayap, perakitan undercarriage dan ekor. 27 LM-1 diproduksi selama 1955-1956.

LM-1 dikirimkan ke Air Self-Defense Force Jepang (JASDF) dan digunakan untuk komunikasi dan tugas-tugas umum. Setelah penarikan dari operasi, beberapa LM-1 yang dijual di pasar sipil AS dan diterbangkan oleh sipil pilot sebagai "Warbirds".

  • LM-1: Pesawat komunikasi empat-kursi dengan 225 hp (168 kW) mesin kontinental (27 dibangun)
  • Versi yang lebih tinggi-didukung dengan 340 h.p.: LM-2 (254 kW) mesin Lycoming (2 dibangun)
