Fulgence Bienvenüe (pengucapan bahasa Prancis: [fylʒɑ̃s bjɛ̃v(ə)ny]; 27 Januari 1852 – 3 Agustus 1936) merupakan seorang insinyur teknik Prancis yang terkenal karena perannya dalam pembangunan Métro de Paris, dan dijuluki "Le Père du Métro" (Bapak Metro).[1]

Berasal dari Uzel di Bretagne, dan putra seorang notaris, pada 1872 Bienvenüe lulus dari École Polytechnique sebagai insinyur sipil.[1] Tugas pertamanya adalah membangun jalur kereta api di daerah Mayenne, di mana lengan kirinya harus diamputasi setelah hancur dalam kecelakaan konstruksi.
