Galatama 1986 adalah musim ke tujuh dari kompetisi Galatama. Dalam kompetisi Galatama 1986 ini, Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian yang sebelumnya bernama Yanita Utama keluar sebagai juara. Galatama 1986 juga menjadi tahun perdana keikutsertaan Pelita Jaya yang didirikan oleh Nirwan Bakrie. KTB Palembang yang telah menjadi juara dua kali berturut-turut akan mewakili Indonesia di Kejuaraan Klub Asia 1987.
