Gelombang beta

Gelombang beta adalah salah satu jenis gelombang otak yang dihasilkan oleh aktivitas listrik di dalam otak manusia. Gelombang ini menghasilkan frekuensi tinggi dengan rentang 12,5 hingga 30 Hz dan berkaitan dengan kewaspadaan mental, konsentrasi, logika, dan aktivitas berpikir aktif.[1][2]
