General Electric F101

General Electric F101 adalah mesin jet afterburning turbofan . General Electric F101 ini tenaga dari armada pembom strategis B-1 Lancer USAF . Dalam afterburner penuh itu menghasilkan dorongan dari 30.000 pound-force (130 kN ). GE F101 adalah turbofan pertama General Electric dengan afterburner.

Mesin tempur General Electric F110 merupakan turunan dari F101, dirancang dengan menggunakan data dari varian F101 bertenaga dari F-16 Fighting Falcon yang diuji pada awal tahun 1980. F101 juga menjadi dasar bagi seri turbofan sipil CFM56 yang sangat sukses.
