George Ignatius Brizan, CMG, CBE (31 Oktober 1942[1] – 18 Februari 2012) adalah seorang politikus Grenada yang menjabat sebagai Perdana Menteri Grenada selama empat bulan pada tahun 1995. Dia pindah ke posisi teratas pada bulan Februari, setelah pengunduran diri Nicholas Brathwaite, dan tetap menjabat sampai Keith Mitchell dilantik pada tanggal 22 Juni.
