Gereja Reformed adalah sebuah kelompok denominasi Kristen Protestan yang berdasarkan pada teologi Calvinisme, yang dimulai oleh Reformasi Swiss pimpinan Yohanes Calvin dan Huldrych Zwingli dan kemudian menyebar di Eropa barat. Pada tahun 1999 sebuah survei menghitung ada 746 denominasi Hervormd di seluruh dunia.
Salah satu denominasi Gereja Reformed adalah Baptis Hervormd, yang menganut pengakuan iman Reformed dan memiliki pandangan gereja Baptis mengenai sakramen tersebut.
