Giani Esposito (23 Agustus 1930 – 1 Januari 1974) adalah seorang pemeran film, penyanyi dan penulis lagu asal Prancis.[1] Esposito lahir dari ibu Prancis dan ayah Italia di Etterbeek (Belgia), dan ia meninggal akibat viral hepatitis di Neuilly-sur-Seine, Prancis. Ia tampil dalam 50 film antara 1951 dan 1973.
