Gilera adalah sebuah perusahaan sepeda motor diproduksi di Arcore. Didirikan pada tahun 1909 oleh Giuseppe Gilera. Pada tahun 1969, perusahaan ini merupakan bagian dari Piaggio & Co. SpA. Gilera juga pernah mengikuti ajang MotoGP kelas 250cc dengan pembalapnya yang terkenal yaitu Marco Simoncelli yang berhasil menjuarai kelas tersebut pada tahun 2008.
