Giorgio Perlasca (13 Januari 1910 – 15 Agustus 1992) adalah seorang pengusaha dan mantan fasis Italia. Dengan kolaborasi para diplomat resmi, ia menjabat sebagai konjen Spanyol untuk Hungaria pada musim dingin 1944, dan menyelamatkan 5.218 Yahudi dari deportasi ke kamp-kamp eksterminasi Nazi di timur Eropa.
