Pelayan Allah Giovanni Remo Fornasini (23 Februari 1915 – 13 Oktober 1944) adalah seorang imam, anti-fasis dan patriot asal Bologna, Italia. Ia dibunuh oleh seorang prajurit Waffen SS Nazi Jerman dan secara anumerta dianugerahi Medali Emas Jasa Militer Italia. Hingga 2018[update], ia diselidiki oleh Gereja Katolik terhadap kemungkinan kanonisasinya.
