Glenn Tryon (2 Agustus 1898 – 18 April 1970) adalah seorang pemeran, penulis naskah, sutradara dan produser asal Amerika Serikat. Ia tampil dalam 67 film antara 1923 dan 1951. Ia lahir di Juliaetta, Idaho, dan menikahi aktris Jane Frazee dari 1942 sampai 1947. Mereka memiliki satu putra, Timothy Tryon. Glenn Tryon juga menikahi aktris Lillian Hall (1896–1959). Tryon meninggal pada 18 April 1970 di Orlando, Florida.
