Gongbo (Hanzi: 公伯; Pinyin: Gōngbó, †845 SM) merupakan pemimpin ketiga negara Qin, Tiongkok kuno, yang didirikan ketika kakeknya Feizi diberikan sebuah fief kecil di Qin oleh Raja Xiao dari Zhou. Gongbo menggantikan ayahandanya, Markis Qin, yang meninggal pada tahun 848 SM, dan memerintah selama tiga tahun. Ia meninggal pada tahun 845 SM dan digantikan oleh putranya Qin Zhong.[1]
