Goodenia heenanii, atau half star, adalah spesies dari Goodenia.[1] Spesies ini merupakan satu-satunya spesies Goodenia endemik di Selandia Baru, karena Goodenia radicans juga bersifat asli di Australia dan diketahui keberadaannya di Amerika Selatan.[2]

Deskripsi

Tumbuhan herba merayap kecil yang memiliki bunga dengan kelopak yang tersusun membentuk setengah lingkaran.[3]

Sebaran dan habitat

Tumbuh secara eksklusif di bukit pasir di pantai Manawatu.[3]

Etimologi

Goodenia heenanii dinamai berdasarkan nama seorang botaniwan Selandia Baru, Peter Heenan (l. 1961).[4]
