Grand Prix Makau (bahasa Portugis: Grande Prémio de Macau; Hanzi: 澳門格蘭披治大賽車) merupakan lomba balapan yang digelar di Sirkuit Guia, Makau. Lomba ini termasuk unik karena Sirkuit Guia menjadi satu-satunya sirkuit jalan raya di dunia di mana balap mobil dan balap motor di gelar di akhir pekan yang sama.
Adapun untuk lomba balap mobilnya yang paling bergengsi dan prestisius adalah lomba balap Formula Tiga. Tercatat beberapa nama besar balap mobil yang sukses memenangi lomba F3 di sini antara lain Riccardo Patrese, Ayrton Senna, Michael Schumacher, David Coulthard, Ralf Schumacher, Takuma Sato, Lucas di Grassi, Edoardo Mortara, António Félix da Costa[1] dan Felix Rosenqvist.
Bersama Grand Prix Selandia Baru, Makau menjadi salah satu lomba Grand Prix nasional yang tidak jadi bagian ajang Formula Satu.
