Grivet (Chlorocebus aethiops) adalah sebuah spesies monyet dunia lama dengan kuncung rambut panjang disepanjang sisi mukanya. Beberapa ahli menganggap spesies ini dan semua anggota genus Chlorocebus lainnya sebagai spesies yang sama, Cercopithecus aethiops. Mengikuti pendefinisian di sini, grivet terbatas persebarannya, hanya ditemukan di Ethiopia, Sudan, Djibouti, dan Eritrea. Pada bagian selatan sebarannya, grivet dapat bertemu dengan monyet vervet (C. pygerythrus) dan monyet vervet pegunungan bale (C. djamdjamensis) yang berkerabat dekat.[4] Hibridisasi di antara mereka dapat terjadi, dan dapat menjadi ancaman bagi monyet vervet pegunungan bale yang terancam.[4] Tidak seperti spesies itu, grivet umum dijumpai dan diklasifikasikan sebagai spesies risiko rendah oleh IUCN.
